Bradley Stroop is semi-retired and enjoying a well-earned break away from the corporate spot light. He is spending his time traveling globally, spending time with his family and friends. Bradley has given a substantial loan to 3 directors of ACTON. Bradley was Chief Executive Officer of UXC Eclipse from 1992 to 2016 and built the company to be a world-leading Microsoft Dynamics Global Systems Integrator (GSI). With over 24 years in the IT industry, Bradley led UXC Eclipse from a 3 person, privately owned company, with under 10 customers to be part of ASX listed, UXC Limited. UXC Eclipse is a company with over 2700 customers and 16 global offices, with over 600 employees and is now part of DXC Technology, a DOW Jones listed company. Bradley is highly regarded for his employee-centric approach to organizational culture. This saw UXC Eclipse awarded 2012 ABA Recommended Employer of the Year for the Software Industry.
UXC Eclipse's business success has been largely credited to Bradley's personal philosophies of customer service, that have created a service culture within UXC Eclipse that teams 'intelligent software solutions' with 'old-fashioned service'. This has provided UXC Eclipse with a loyal customer base with retention rates of over 97% annually.
Having secured the loan, ACTON (Fiji) Pte Ltd, also became the first privately held startup in Fiji to have secured an outside entity funding.
Bradley supports Acton's vision to become the leading Microsoft Technology supplier in the Pacific Region, supporting and enhancing Fiji's Information Communication & Technology to which creating well needed employment opportunities and to retain the very best.
